When you make a merchants reservation or execute online food/service ordering transaction through our Services, your information is provided to us and to the merchants with whom you choose to reserve. In order to facilitate your reservation and online food order processing, we provide your information to that merchants in a similar manner as if you had made a reservation or food order directly with the merchants. If you provide a mobile phone number, merchants or digitalmart , may send you text messages regarding your reservation or order's delivery status. Some merchants also require you to provide credit or debit card account information to secure your reservation. When you make a online food ordering transaction through our Services and/or make a payment to a merchants through our Services, we may also share with the merchants additional information, such as information about your dining preferences and history or information that we collect from third-parties. Information you choose to share with a merchants when you make a reservation and/or pay a merchants through our Services may be used by the merchants for its own purposes. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If Digital Mart / Digital Mart Merchants unable to Accept order or cancel due to reason like non availability of material or any failed transaction or the order is cancelled after payment has been charged ,
will be eligible for refund of the order value or any part thereof ,The Received amount will be refunded to you with in 7 Working days.
Refund amount will reflect in your account based on bank policies.
